• Sources manpower for recruitments.
• Screening and filter candidates: testing and arrange interview.
• Conduct new employees and orientation program.
• Employee relation: employee contract, termination, disciplinary… in accordance with labor code, company rules.
• Update personnel data, headcount and company organization chart.
• Follow up training development effectiveness as training plan.
• Prepare daily attendance and overtime report.
• Data input for monthly salary calculation.
•Other job is required by Dept Manager.
- Female: 25 – 28 years old
- Graduated from University about Administrative or Law major.
- Have at least 02 years experience in the same position.
- Ability to communication in English..
- MS Office: Word, Excel, Access.
- Knowledge about Labor code and good relation with Labor Department.
- Requirement skills: teamwork, communication skill.
