- Perform all secretarial tasks such as meeting agenda, meeting arrangements, preparing relevant documents for the meeting, response to e-mails, take care of the filing system, etc.
- Handle day-to-day internal & external correspondence by e-mail
- Assess provided data and provide a concise overview for Director.
- Coordinate with Department Heads to follow up due date of assigned projects and make sure that results are achieved in an effective manner
- Produce Information by formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying (both text, data, and graphics).
- Translation Japanese to Vietnamese or English and vice versa.
- Collect & Analysis the all Business plan and Company KPI (to compare plan and actual)
- Support to Japanese experts in the administration field.

University graduated.
Strong in Japanese and English communication in both verbal and writing.
Excellent PC skills including Power point and Excel
Deep familiar with office equipment.
Be able to work independently and under high pressure environment.
Be able o handle multi –tasks job.
