* Responsible for proper inventory management control at the Purchasing Dept.
* Manage the stock movement between PU and factory and ensure proper internal controls and procedures.
* Co-operate with Materials & Production Scheduling on the timely issue of materials to the factory.
* Prepare Monthly reports for management.
* Providing training to store hands on proper handling of Purchasing equipment and ensuring high safety standards are enforced.
* Co-operate with all Dept. to build the Business plan
* Co-operate with all Dept. to success the company goal.
* Long term planning of buying plan and control inventory.
* Create good working environmental to all member of Purchasing Dept.
* To Evaluate and select Suppliers
* To Support BOD to decide the Purchase policy
* Lead and Introduce PU's members carry out KPIs (Company, Dept ...)
* Approve the Purchase Order under BOD authorization
* Report to BOD

* Able to work independently, self motivated and willing to work long hours to accomplish goals.
* At least 5 years experience in the same position
* Fluent in English – speaking, writing and reading. Foreign or overseas Vietnamese professionals able to converse in Vietnamese preferred.
Good knowledge and usage of some Inventory Control software system.
