Job Purpose:
Establishes financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information; managing staff.

Duties:
1.Manages and control company’s accounting activities under strict compliance with Mother-Company practices and Vietnamese legal requirements
2.Manages information system related to company’s capital and investment, assets, cash flows, budget spending, tax issues and other payments to the government.
3.Provides accounting and financing reports
4.Sustains good relationships with government authorities, suppliers, and other business partners
5.Manages and maximizes the performance of the Accounting & Finance department
6.Analyzes company’s financial conditions and suggests or advises to related section

Other requirements
* Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
* Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports.
* Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures.
* Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.
* Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.
* Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures.
* Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
* Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

a.Knowledge of principles and techniques of supervision

3.Ability to set-up Accounting system and to provide trainings to subordinates

Skill requirement
1.Education background: University of Accounting-Finance & Certificate of Chief Accountant.
2.Work experience: 05 years of experience in finance accounting in which 02 years are with international organization
3. Skills:
a. Interpersonal skill
b. Effective communications in English or Japanese and Vietnamese
c. MS Office & other software applications related to accounting
