Job Purpose:
Keeps equipment and support systems operating by completing preventive maintenance requirements; training production operators; supervising staff.

Duties:
* Planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
* Achieves production maintenance operational objectives by contributing production maintenance information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; implementing change.
* Meets production maintenance financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
* Controls down by carrying-out preventive maintenance requirements; responding to and repairing malfunctions; coordinating schedules with production planning.
* Repairs and rebuilds parts by providing machining capabilities.
* Maintains production equipment by training production operators to use and maintain tools and equipment.
* Accomplishes production maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
* Manage the contractors.
* Co-operate with all Dept for maintain project.
* Plan for maintenance equipment to ensure complete work with efectiveness and periodic general maintenance.
