- GA : Manage all the administration issues and activities in service for the company operation including : security,employees' regulation compliance, car rent, company environment, general maintenance, meal-catering service, office equipment, etc.
- Broadcast HR Policies and Practices to employees through communications channels as company newsletter, company intranet, notice board, meetings, Trade Union, etc...to make the working climate clear and transparent.
- Administrator : support MD and other depts. Survey employee satisfaction and report & propose to MD with improvement plan.
- IT : manage IT group
- PC skill : excel, word and ppt-file preparation are required.Able to calculate and prepare the table and graph by using excel sheet.
- Good communication with other depts : always think that his customer is actually employee and listen to them and not waiting for their requests but ask them as self starter
