+ Co-operate with all Dept. to success the company goal.
+ Planning of buying plan .
+ To control the consumption expense of group
+ To Control the inventory & Monthly Purchase plan
+ Planning and monitoring to follow-up KPI items of group.
+ Lead and Instruction PU's members carry out KPIs (Company, Dept ...)
+ To Evaluate Suppliers.
+ To arrange and assign the job for staffs in His (Her) group.
+ Negotiate with suppliers to get the good ""Quality"", ""Price"", ""Delivery""
+ Share the information and co-operation with relate Section for daily job or any Project
+ Report To Manager
+ Report ASAP when any abnormal was happened"

University level
1. Have a strong leadership to manage the resp dept
2. Focus on not “now (activity)” but “in future (result)” to prevent from any trouble impacting dept performance
3. Create environmental for all employee to work for dept sufficiently
4. Create and keep win-win mind w/ other depts
5. Able to follow dept policy to handle dept in the right way
6. Know "what is the company goal" and take action in the right way
7. Able to communicate in English w/o any trouble
8. Able to operate PC includes word, excel, ppt to report on time
